When will the Ora Meteor be available for pre-order?

The pre-order date will be announced to our waitlist subscribers first. Sign up on our homepage to be notified.

How many pieces will be produced?

The Ora Meteor is limited to 100 pieces worldwide. Each watch is individually numbered (001/100 – 100/100).

Is the meteorite dial genuine?

Yes. Each Ora Meteor features a genuine meteorite dial, with each slice revealing a unique Widmanstätten pattern. No two dials are the same.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Stripe, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal.

When will my card be charged?

For both Pre-Orders and regular purchases, your card will be charged at the time of placing the order/purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping is free worldwide.

How long will shipping take?

Delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for estimated delivery times.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged watches within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Does the watch come with a warranty?

Yes. Each Tektōra watch is covered by a 12-month international warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is the water resistance rating?

The Ora Meteor is water-resistant to 100 meters (10ATM), suitable for swimming and everyday wear.
